This project consists of a new warehouse facility for the distribution of food products. The facility includes ammonia refrigerated storage spaces, dry storage, mechanical and support offices.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous, spread, and stepped footings, concrete stems, concrete pedestals, extruded polystyrene perimeter insulation, mud slab, dock leveler pits, exterior stoops, CIP steps, and reinforcing.
