This project is Phase I of the Waypoint at Riverview complex. Phase I consists of an approximately 110,000 sf two-story office building. The project sits on a 20 acre in fill site and future phases will include a three-story office building which will result in 260,000 sf of Class A office space.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous and spread footings, concrete stems, pedestals, interior slab on grade with fibers, turndown, slab on metal deck, stair pan fill, membrane spray cure, tilt panels, form liner for panels, and reinforcing.
