The Union at Roosevelt project is a mixed-use development consisting of a parking garage located in the basement and first levels, restaurant, retail space, office space, and apartments on levels 2 through 5.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, stair mat footings, elevator pit, CIP walls, concrete casements, pedestals, interior slab on grade, slab on metal deck, stair pan fill, topping on foam, CIP steps, sidewalk, tranformer pad, drive apron, drive entrance, curb and gutter, single curb, base for pavers, and reinforcing.
