The SRP Parking Garage project is a 4-story precast parking structure on drilled caisson foundations. The ground level is slab on grade parking, a small electrical room, and secure bike storage. Open air stair towers are located along the west side of the structure to provide pedestrian access to each level. An elevator is located at the north stair only.
Hardrock's scope of work included grade beams, continuous and spread footings, drilled caissons, pier caps, CIP ramp walls, interior slab on grade with strux fibers, concrete topping on precast double t’s, ramp slab, CIP steps, stair pan fill, and reinforcing.
