The Reserve at San Tan Phase IIA project consists of a 104,425 sf one-story office building that is mezzanine ready. The building utilizes concrete tilt panel construction with CMU accents and steel entry canopy/trellis elements.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous and spread footings, interior slab on grade over ABC, concrete tilt panels, sidewalk including integral color exposed aggregate finish, concrete crosswalks, scored concrete paving, trash enclosure, handicap ramps, transformer pads, vertical curb, curb and gutter, valley gutter, concrete apron, scuppers, light pole bases, continuous footings for masonry site walls, and reinforcing.
