The Phoenix VA Parking Garage project is a three-level visitor parking garage with one level on grade and two elevated levels. The parking garage will add approximately 304 parking spaces to the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center Campus.
Hardrock's scope of work included drilled pier foundations, continuous and spread footings, elevator pit including CIP concrete walls, sump pit, grade beams, CIP concrete ramp walls, interior slab on grade with turndowns, concrete topping slab over double t’s, installation of bollards, curb pads at drive entrances, stair pan fill, curb and gutter, single curb, sidewalk, handicap ramps, and reinforcing.
