Kyrene 202 Business Park

This project consists of two, new, single-story, cold, dark shell speculative warehouse buildings consisting of approximately 120,000 sf. Each building is designed to be sub-divided in to 4 to 6 tenants with supporting office space of 10,000 sf to 20,000 sf depending on the specific future user needs of each tenant. The facility includes dock high truck loading bays on the west side which are screened from Kyrene Road by the building mass. The east side of the facility has multiple recessed glass entries and parking for the office use. The exterior wall materials are painted concrete tilt panels and masonry accents.

Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, step footings, interor slab on grade over ABC, concrete tilt panels, exterior concrete paving, and reinforcing.
