I-17 / Union Hills Business Center (Union Hills Multi-Tenant)

This project consists of two one-story office warehouse buildings on a portion of Lot 1. There is a central truck yard between the two buildings. The truck yard is screened on the east and west sides by 6' high masonry walls with opaque gates which extend from building to buidling. Trash collection bins are located within the turck yard, screened by 6' high walls. The buldings are constructed of painted concrete tilt walls with painted tube steel brow accents at the various office entry locations. Glass is tinted and low E. The roof structure is a wood panelized system with a spray foam reflective roof coating.

Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, step footings, stem walls, interior slab on grade over ABC, dowel baskets, concrete tilt panels, exterior concrete paving, dock paving, rolling gate track, and reinforcing.
