The Crescent at Scottsdale Quarter consists of a new, ground up luxury apartment complex. The facility includes a 3-level parking garage (one level which is below grade), retail space, a state of the art fitness facility, a pool, and five levels of residential apartment units.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, mat foundations, elevator pits, stem walls, CIP shear walls, CIP basement walls, CIP columns, CIP beams, CIP elevated structural deck, work performed on mud sills, interior slab on grade, vapor barrier, curbing and fence footings on podium deck, stair pan fill, topping slabs on podium deck over insulation, and reinforcing.
