Coldwater Phase 3 consists of a new, ground-up, single story concrete tilt building with 19,500 sf of office area and 167,143 sf of warehouse area.
Hardrock's scope of work included continuous and spread footings, step footings, interior slab on grade over abc, 9" concrete tilt up panels, sidewalks, exterior concrete paving, dolly pads, pipe bollards, and reinforcing.
