1010 Lemon is a mixed-use student housing project, which includes a ground floor retail component and convenient access to the light rail. The 6-story housing cluster includes 220 dwelling units with 600 bedrooms and an integrated 400 vehicle parking structure.
Hardrock's scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, drilled piers (caissons), step footings, stem walls, pedestals, CIP walls, CIP columns, CIP beams, CIP structural decks, work performed on mud sills, interior slab on grade, post tensioned slabs, stair pan fill, sidewalk, single curb, and reinforcing.
